I am an artist currently living and working in the Lehigh Valley, PA. I grew up in Upstate NY where I spent much of my time exploring the outdoors.  I developed a love for nature – its beautiful and ever changing colors, textures and shapes.

I have grown to prefer watermedia and pencil partly for its lack of impact on the environment. They are simple materials yet offer an array of possibilities. Pencil and paper is as basic as it gets but with creativity and skill they can be used to create wonderful textures, shapes and lines.

My work is about breaking it all down to discover the true emotional connection to that which I see and experience. Then putting it all back together into a visual representation which I hope will  remind the viewer of similar experiences.
